Our goal is to bring racial injustice as well as abusive conduct by police to an end. The way to accomplish this is by using a two pronged approach. The first step is awareness and the second step is accountability.

As many of you know, it is important to make people aware of any abuse or misconduct, but you must always be concerned for your safety. Never start a confrontation, but always document. Take pictures, get badge numbers, note dates and times of incidents. It is important to document and report abuse.

The second step is to take action. Post your evidence. Bring it to the media, write about it here and don’t be afraid to take legal action.
